Blaue Fabrik
The „Blaue Fabrik“ exists since 1991 and is established at the Dresdner scene quarter „Äußere Neustadt“. From 1991 to 1996 the Blaue Fabrik was established as a free galery and meeting place of the Dresdner scene. From 1996 to now the association „Künstlervereinigung blaueFABRIK e.V.“ supports it as a free-space with ateliers and as a location for modern arts, e.g. fine arts, music and dance. Besides exhibitions of fine arts there also are concerts of jazz, frei improvisized music and modern chamber music. In 2013 the Blaue Fabrik was forced to leave their rooms because of problems with the building laws and moved to a new place, also situated in the „Neustadt“. In 2005 the Blaue Fabrik got the „culture advancement price of the city of Dresden“ and is until now supported by the culture bureau of the city of Dresden.

„o.s. pro kompot“
Im Kompot spiegelt sich die Sehnsucht nach der Stadt wieder /Tomáš Petermann/, das Kompot öffnet die Wege zu Projekten und Aktivitäten, die den Genius Loci derart mitgestalten helfen /Aleš Loziak/, daß man in Aussig leben und schaffen kann /Tereza Nováková/. Wir fühlen, daß wir es mit Veranstaltungen füllen möchten, die das Kulturleben an diesem Ort weiter bewegen würden /Richard Loskot/. Das Kompot ist eine organische Plattform, die die Lücke zwischen der hier entstehenden Kunst und der Öffentlichkeit schließen möchte /Jiří Dvořák/ und die es vielleicht schafft, mit Hilfe von unseren Interventionen einen Dialog zu eröffnen /Romana Veselá/.
